Scope of the Government Commercial Audit Advisory Board is as under:

• Provide strategic input to enhance financial governance, transparency, and cost efficiency in Government Commercial Organizations, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and public sector projects.
• Offer technical and financial guidance on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) to ensure value for money and fiscal prudence.
• Assist government bodies with analysis of commercial policies, procurement frameworks, and budgetary implications of major initiatives.
• Recommend and facilitate training programs to build institutional capacity in financial management and commercial operations.
• Guide integration of ESG principles and risk management practices in government-led commercial activities and infrastructure projects.
